Welcome to FixzyHome ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and FixzyHome.

2. Services

FixzyHome operates as an aggregator and facilitation platform that connects customers with independent, verified service providers ("Vendors") for home services, construction projects, repairs, maintenance, and events.

  • FixzyHome does not directly provide any on-ground services.
  • Vendors are independent professionals or businesses and are not employees, agents, or partners of FixzyHome.
  • FixzyHome’s role is limited to enabling discovery, booking, coordination, and payment facilitation.

3. User Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information

FixzyHome reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Bookings

  • Bookings can be made through the Platform.
  • Certain services have fixed pricing, while others (such as construction, renovation, or large projects) are estimate-based.
  • Final pricing for estimate-based services may vary depending on site conditions, materials, scope changes, or user requirements.

4.2 Payments

  • Payments must be made through FixzyHome’s authorized and secure payment gateways.
  • Cash payments outside the Platform are discouraged and may void platform protections.
  • Visiting or inspection charges may apply and will be clearly communicated in advance.
  • Visiting charges may be waived if the service is confirmed and proceeds as agreed.

FixzyHome does not store your card or banking details.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellations

  • Cancellations made before the Vendor visits the site may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Late cancellations or cancellations after a site visit may incur a cancellation or visiting fee.

5.2 Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

FixzyHome reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate location, contact, and service requirement details
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the service location
  • Treat Vendors with respect and professionalism
  • Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful behavior

FixzyHome reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban users who violate these responsibilities.

7. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Delivering services professionally and in accordance with applicable laws
  • Maintaining required licenses, permits, and insurance
  • Providing accurate estimates and timelines

FixzyHome does not guarantee the quality, outcome, or timeliness of Vendor services.

8. No Warranty

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. FixzyHome makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy of Vendor information
  • Availability or uninterrupted operation of the Platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • FixzyHome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • FixzyHome is not responsible for damages, losses, or disputes arising from Vendor services
  • Any claims related to services must be resolved directly between the User and the Vendor

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FixzyHome, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your interactions with Vendors

11. Termination

FixzyHome may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the Platform
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities
